Softball Recap: Union County Comes Up Short

Union County suffered their closest defeat since August 26th on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Murray County Indians by a score of 3-1. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Union County's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Murray County, their record is now 7-14.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Union County will take on rival North Cobb Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Murray County is set to square off against their familiar foe Rockmart at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
