Softball Recap: Hart County Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Jackson County, Hart County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Woodland Wildcats a 12-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bulldogs needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

The victory got Hart County back to even at 1-1. As for Woodland, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Hart County will take on Cass at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Woodland, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Cartersville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
