Baseball Recap: Shiloh Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southwest DeKalb, Shiloh was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Tucker Tigers 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Generals have posted since February 5, 2025.

Benjamin Hopkins and Markelious Foster did most of the damage at the plate: Hopkins went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI, while Foster went 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Shiloh now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Tucker, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.

Shiloh didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-8 defeat against South Gwinnett on the 14th. As for Tucker, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-3 win against Luella on the 14th.
