The Elmwood-Murdock Knights will head out to challenge the Johnson-Brock Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Elmwood-Murdock beat Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer 34-28.

Johnson-Brock can attribute much of their success to Hayden Gravatt, who rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns, and Wyatt Fulton, who rushed for 82 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. The dominant performance gave Fulton a new career-high in rushing yards. Quentin Behrends got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Johnson-Brock was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 248 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 179 rushing yards in three consecutive matches.
