Clear Creek-Amana faced Norwalk in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Clippers took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Clippers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Clear Creek-Amana's defeat dropped their record down to 14-2. As for Norwalk, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-2.
