Softball Recap: Coweta Comes Up Short

Coweta came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Preston Pirates, falling 13-5. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, with their most recent loss being a 9-4 defeat back in September.

Coweta now has a losing record of 16-17. As for Preston, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-6.

As of now, neither Coweta nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
