Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dade County). They put the hurt on the Lookout Valley Yellowjackets with a sharp 11-1 win on Monday. With the Wolverines ahead 7-1 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

The victory got Dade County back to even at 3-3. As for Lookout Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dade County will take on Dalton Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lookout Valley, they are taking a road trip to square off against Sale Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give Sale Creek their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
