Soccer Game Preview: Johns Creek vs. Alpharetta

The Johns Creek Gladiators will challenge the Alpharetta Raiders at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Johns Creek will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

Johns Creek's tournament run continued when they took on Dothan on Saturday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Johns Creek who was credited with the victory. Johns Creek got it done in the shootout by posting one goals to Dothan's zero.

Alpharetta is leaving town to face Johns Creek after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Alpharetta fell just short of Blessed Trinity by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The Raiders have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Johns Creek's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Alpharetta, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
