Football Game Preview: Dutchtown Bulldogs vs. Morrow Mustangs + Official Tickets

After each having a week off, the Dutchtown Bulldogs and the Morrow Mustangs will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Dutchtown's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Newnan last Friday. They were beaten by the Cougars 38-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Morrow was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were dealt a 39-6 loss at the hands of Northgate. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 317th, while the Vikings are ranked 72nd).

Dutchtown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Morrow, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-6.

Dutchtown was able to grind out a solid win over Morrow in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 21-14. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
