Soccer Recap: Santa Rosa Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Santa Rosa duked it out with Rancho Cotate on Tuesday. The Santa Rosa Panthers came up short against the Rancho Cotate Cougars, falling 7-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Santa Rosa's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Rancho Cotate, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Healdsburg the next time they take the pitch. Santa Rosa will host Healdsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Rancho Cotate will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
