Otay Ranch has no trouble against Bayfront Charter

Make it ten blowout wins for the Otay Ranch Mustangs this season. They were the clear victor by a 58-33 margin over Bayfront Charter. With Otay Ranch ahead 32-12 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Otay Ranch found their leader in underclassman Kalina Sangalang, who scored 12 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. That's the first time this season that Sangalang pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Darlene Hill, who scored five points along with five steals.
Otay Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Bayfront Charter, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-10.
Otay Ranch and Hoover will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Jewel Parker and Anaya Carter. Bayfront Charter will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Preuss UCSD at 3:30 p.m. on January 25th.
