Recap: Chowchilla Tribe vs. Modesto Panthers
The Chowchilla Tribe won the last time they faced the Modesto Panthers, and things went their way on Saturday too. Chowchilla strolled past Modesto with points to spare, taking the game 35-18.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chowchilla to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nour Escheik, who scored 11 points along with 7 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Escheik has scored at least 25% of Chowchilla's points. Molly Silva was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 6 steals and 5 rebounds.
Chowchilla's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Modesto, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
