Basketball Recap: Lennox Academy Takes a Loss

They were outmatched by the Hawthorne Math & Science Academy The Aviators and fell 53-7. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1192nd, while the The Aviators are ranked 550th).

Hawthorne Math & Science Academy found their leader in sophomore Jocelyn Perez, who posted 16 points. Hadya El Sharawy was another key player, putting up nine points.
