Fallston extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Michael Griffin. The Cougars came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 21-15 W against the Bel Air Bobcats for which the team can thank Griffin, who rushed for 191 yards and two scores while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 143 yards and one touchdown while completing 73.3% of his passes. His longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.

Fallston's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Bel Air, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Fallston will host Joppatowne at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bel Air, they will challenge Patterson Mill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats will be up against the Huskies' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.33 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
