Allie Boever looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (four).
At the plate, Alyssa Anderson was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Kaelyn Muller, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
Bennington hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post two or more strikeouts.
Bennington has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.
