Softball Recap: Dickson Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Dickson's offense. They came up short against the Red Oak Eagles on Saturday, falling 8-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Comets' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Dickson's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Red Oak, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Dickson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 11-0 defeat against Lindsay on the 25th. As for Red Oak, they will host Quinton at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
