Softball Recap: Silver Creek Victorious

While Silver Creek's victory against Durango wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raptors narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Demons 10-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Raptors have posted since September 18th.

Eilidh Sutherland was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those two hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Natalie Lane, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Silver Creek now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Durango, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-12.

Silver Creek has already played their next game, a 15-5 loss against Air Academy on the 17th. Durango does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
