            Baseball Recap: Dacula Falcons vs. Collins Hill Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            It was a Battle of the Birds when  Dacula duked it out with Collins Hill on Wednesday. The Dacula Falcons had just enough and edged out the Collins Hill Eagles  6-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  14-9  last Monday.

 Reid Dzikowski looked comfortable as he  tossed 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. He is becoming a predictor of Dacula's success: when he allows at  most three  hits the team is undefeated (and 4-9 when he doesn't).
 On the hitting side,  Garrison Cantrell was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing  Two bases. while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Logan Peralta, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
The  victory made it two in a row for Dacula and  bumps their season record up to 7-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Collins Hill, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record  this season.
Dacula will have a chance to go back-to-back against Collins Hill: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:45  p.m.  on Friday.
