Basketball Recap: Pennsbury Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pennsbury can now relate to. They lost 54-28 to the Upper Dublin Cardinals on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 95th, while the Cardinals are ranked seventh).

Pennsbury has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season. As for Upper Dublin, they pushed their record up to 22-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Pennsbury does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Upper Dublin, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals duke it out with the Panthers at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
