Softball Recap: Savannah Comes Up Short

Savannah blew Cameron out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Cameron got their revenge. The Savages fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Savages have suffered since October 5, 2024.

Savannah's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Cameron, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-6.

Coming up, Savannah will host Maryville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cameron, they have already played their next game, a 12-0 victory against Falls City on the 13th.
