Softball Recap: Wesleyan Wins Going Away Against Landmark Christian

After only two runs in their last match, Wesleyan made sure to put some runs up on the board against Landmark Christian on Monday. The Wolves put the hurt on the War Eagles with a sharp 19-2 win. The Wolves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by ten runs or more this season.

Wesleyan's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Landmark Christian, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wesleyan will head out to take on North Gwinnett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wolves 1.8, the Bulldogs 1.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Landmark Christian, they will take on Whitefield Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
