Baseball Recap: Refugio Takes a Loss

Refugio and Iola squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Refugio had to settle for second. They fell 6-1 to the Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat on Saturday.

Refugio's loss dropped their record down to 25-8. As for Iola, their victory bumped their record up to 20-4.

As of now, neither Refugio nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
