It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Forest Hills had no problem doing just that on Monday. They took down the Penn Cambria Panthers 65-51. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 79-53 back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Forest Hills to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eva Myers, who posted 16 points and five boards. Myers continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Morgan Gdula was another key player, putting up 11 points and five steals.

Penn Cambria lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Rachel Fisher, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 11 points and three steals. What's more, she also posted a 50% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Avery LeMaster, who scored nine points.

Forest Hills has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points over those games. With the loss, Penn Cambria broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-11.

As of now, neither Forest Hills nor Penn Cambria have any future games scheduled.
