Basketball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Hayesville

Hayesville won the last time they faced Murphy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hayesville Yellowjackets secured a 58-53 W over the Murphy Bulldogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellowjackets.

When it comes to explaining why Murphy lost, don't look at Cale Harger. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 18 points and 16 boards. Harger has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Ryan Payne, who posted seven points in addition to nine assists and six boards.
