Softball Recap: Central Lyon Takes a Loss

Central Lyon lost against Sioux Center back in June, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions lost 9-1 to the Warriors.

Central Lyon's defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Sioux Center, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Central Lyon has already played their next match (against West Sioux), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sioux Center, they are taking a road trip to square off against MOC-Floyd Valley on Monday.
