Basketball Recap: Nine Straight Home Wins for Biggs

It's playoff time, and Biggs had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took down the Los Molinos Bulldogs 48-34 on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Wolverines, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Despite the loss, Los Molinos still got an impressive performance from Natalie Martinez, who posted 20 points.

Biggs pushed their record up to 21-5 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.9 points over those games. As for Los Molinos, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-12 record this season.

Biggs will challenge Fall River at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Los Molinos does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
