Basketball Game Preview: Immanuel Eagles vs. Clovis North Broncos + Official Tickets

The Immanuel Eagles will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge the Clovis North Broncos at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Immanuel knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Clovis North likes a good challenge.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Saturday. Immanuel simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bakersfield Christian 64-36. Immanuel has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 28 points or more this season.

Immanuel's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Schletewitz led the charge by shooting 62% from the field on her way to 18 points and seven boards. The dominant performance also gave Schletewitz a new career-high in assists (four). China Moreno was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to six rebounds and six steals.

Immanuel was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Clovis North got the win against Fresno on Tuesday by a conclusive 50-27. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncos.

Immanuel's record is now 4-1. As for Clovis North, their record now sits at 3-1.

Everything came up roses for Immanuel against Clovis North in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 62-30 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
