Bret Harte had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They skirted past the Woodland Christian Cardinals 45-42. Winning may never get old, but the Bullfrogs sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

Woodland Christian's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bailee Broward, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 rebounds. Broward is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games she's played. Another player making a difference was Keziah Maldonado-Lemus, who posted nine points along with five boards and five steals.

Bret Harte's win bumped their record up to 25-4. As for Woodland Christian, they moved to 26-6 with that defeat, which also ended their 24-game winning streak.
