Decatur entered their tilt with Tri-Cities on Thursday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They blew past Tri-Cities 14-3. The result was nothing new for Decatur, who have now won 12 games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Decatur's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Tri-Cities, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Decatur will head out to take on Midtown at 5:55 p.m. on Monday. As for Tri-Cities, they will take on Westlake at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
