After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ripon, Ripon Christian was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Escalon Cougars a 4-0 shutout. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Escalon with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brooke Barnes, Alanna Blanco, Naomi Hendricks, and Lauren Mouw.

Ripon Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matches. As for Escalon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5-4.
