Kobie Campbell put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2024 on Friday. He rushed for 166 yards and four scores while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of Needville's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

Coming up, Campbell and Needville will face off against Stafford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Campbell up against the Spartans' star rusher Jeziah Pratt. Will the contest be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.
