Soccer Game Preview: Marshall vs. Immaculate Heart

The Marshall Barristers will venture away from home to face off against the Immaculate Heart Pandas at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Marshall is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Roosevelt on Wednesday. The Barristers and the Rough Riders finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Immaculate Heart had just enough and edged out Oakwood 3-2 on Friday. The victory continues a trend for Immaculate Heart in their matchups with Oakwood: they've now won five in a row.

Marshall's draw makes their record 1-1-1 this season. As for Immaculate Heart, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

Marshall was able to grind out a solid win over Immaculate Heart in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 2-0. Will the Barristers repeat their success, or do the Pandas have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
