Softball Recap: Shenandoah Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Shenandoah hadn't done well against Denison-Schleswig recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Monarchs by a score of 2-1 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The victory was some much needed relief for the Mustangs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Shenandoah's win bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Denison-Schleswig, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-14 record.

Shenandoah has already played their next matchup (against Tri-Center), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Denison-Schleswig also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Clarinda.
