Softball Recap: Mcintosh Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Colquitt County, McIntosh was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions by a score of 8-4.

McIntosh is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for St. Pius X Catholic, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.

Coming up, McIntosh will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Dutchtown at 5:30 p.m. As for St. Pius X Catholic, they will face off against North Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
