Baseball Recap: First Coast Takes a Loss

First Coast and Buchholz squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but First Coast had to settle for second. They lost 9-2 to the Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 on Wednesday.

First Coast saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Harman, who went 2-for-4 with one run.

First Coast's loss dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Buchholz, they pushed their record up to 28-1 with the victory, which was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither First Coast nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
