Softball Recap: Eagle Valley Devils vs. Palisade Bulldogs

Eagle Valley had lost seven straight at home, but on Monday they dropped down to 4-12-1 to make it eight. They lost 17-11 to the Palisade Bulldogs. If the Devils were looking for revenge after losing 9-3 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lily Brueck was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-5 with three runs, one triple, and one double. That triple was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Shelby Spiegel, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
