Preview: Justin-Siena Braves vs. Casa Grande Gauchos
The Justin-Siena Braves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Casa Grande Gauchos at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Justin-Siena is coming into the match hot, having won their last 11 games.
Justin-Siena stacked a 14th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They really took it to Napa for the full four quarters, racking up a 63-15 victory on the road. That 48 points margin sets a new team best for Justin-Siena this season.
Justin-Siena can attribute much of their success to Jordan Washington, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and three steals, and Dylan Zapolski, who scored 20 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Lauren Keller, who scored six points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Meanwhile, Casa Grande came up short against Petaluma on Thursday and fell 36-28. Casa Grande has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Justin-Siena has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Casa Grande, they dropped their record down to 9-13 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.
