Football Recap: Eastside Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Eastside extended their losing streak to three on Saturday, dropping them down to 1-4. They lost 33-13 to the Bayonne Bees. The contest marked the Ghosts' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

As for Bayonne, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Chance Fischer produced another solid effort rushing for 228 yards and a pair of scores on only 11 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 89-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of Nico Sampson, who threw for 176 yards and three touchdowns while completing 86.7% of his passes.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastside will welcome Passaic at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bayonne, they will take on Clifton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
