Triton has gone 10-0 against Western Harnett recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Triton Hawks challenge the Western Harnett Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Meanwhile, Western Harnett lost to Hoke County on the road by a 53-38 margin on Saturday.

Western Harnett's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Triton, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.

Everything came up roses for Triton against Western Harnett in their previous meeting back in February, as the squad secured a 58-23 victory. Will Triton repeat their success, or does Western Harnett have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
