After a string of four wins, West Valley's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. Neither they nor the University Prep Panthers could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Eagles happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 16th.
Logan Carruth and Cadynce Gippner scored both of West Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.
With that draw, West Valley's record moves to 8-6-2. As for University Prep, they moved theirs to 12-4-1.
West Valley will be playing at home against Lassen at 6:00 p.m. on February 11th. As for University Prep, they will venture away from home to take on Anderson at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. University Prep is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
