Volleyball Game Preview: AuSable Valley Patriots vs. Plattsburgh Hornets + How To Watch

AuSable Valley is 1-9 against Plattsburgh since October of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Patriots will face off against the Hornets at 7:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

AuSable Valley came up short against Peru on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Plattsburgh lost 3-0 to Peru on Thursday.

Plattsburgh took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 25-23.

AuSable Valley now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Plattsburgh, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

AuSable Valley might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Plattsburgh when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Patriots avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
