Soccer Recap: Westfall Comes Up Short

Westfall lost against Circleville back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mustangs came up short against the Tigers, falling 7-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Westfall were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Aaron Elder, which was the first he's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Westfall and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Circleville, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Westfall has already played their next game, a 7-3 defeat against McClain on the 28th. As for Circleville, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Piketon on the 21st.
