With a playoff win on the line, R-S Central rose to the challenge  on Saturday. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars.
 The  3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant R-S Central was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-9,  25-12.

R-S Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Olivia Harris, who  had 12  digs. That's the most  digs  Harris has posted since back in September.  Cam Johnson was another key player,  getting nine  digs and four  assists.
 R-S Central  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 12  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in nine consecutive  contests.
R-S Central's win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 17-11. As for Central Academy of Technology & Arts, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record  this season.
