Apple Valley put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their undefeated season alive. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Oak Hills Bulldogs. Given the Sun Devils' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked seventh, while the Bulldogs are ranked 131st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jadyn Bechtel and Sophia Spiker scored all three of Apple Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Apple Valley's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0-2. As for Oak Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4-1.

Apple Valley will be playing at home against Serrano at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Serrano's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Oak Hills, they will head out to challenge Sultana at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Oak Hills' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
