Baseball Recap: Passaic County Tech Victorious

Passaic County Tech won the last time they faced West Essex and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Knights by a score of 6-2.

Tyler Harris got the start for Passaic County Tech and what a start it was: he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits.

At the plate, Frank Juliano was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Melvin Genao, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Passaic County Tech's victory bumped their record up to 26-2. As for West Essex, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-6.

Passaic County Tech has already played their next matchup, a 4-2 win against Fort Lee on the 22nd. As for West Essex, they will face off against Parsippany on Wednesday.
