Basketball Recap: La Serna Gets the Win

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but La Serna had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They managed a 34-30 win over the Foothill Knights. This was payback for the Lancers, who suffered a 60-46 loss the last time these two teams met.

La Serna is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season. As for Foothill, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Looking ahead, La Serna will face off against Whitney at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Foothill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
