Soccer Recap: Northview Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lithonia last Friday, Northview came back down to earth. The Northview Titans fell 3-1 to the Cross Keys Phoenix on Tuesday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Titans couldn't quite close it out.

Northview's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Cross Keys, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northview will take on Clarkston at 7:30 p.m. on March 11th. As for Cross Keys, they will host Marist at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Marist will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each game than the last.
