Basketball Game Preview: Enterprise Hornets vs. Foothill Cougars

The Enterprise Hornets will challenge the Foothill Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Enterprise is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, Enterprise was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-47 to Shasta. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 351st, while the Wolves are ranked 102nd).

Meanwhile, Foothill strolled past Red Bluff with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 60-43. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Enterprise's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Foothill, their win bumped their record up to 13-11.

Enterprise was able to grind out a solid victory over Foothill in their previous matchup back in January, winning 76-65. Does Enterprise have another victory up their sleeve, or will Foothill turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
