After flying high against Maud on Friday, Davis came back down to earth. The Wolves fell just short of the Stratford Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The Wolves' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 13-10-2. As for Stratford, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-6.

Davis has already played their next match, an 8-1 loss against Silo on the 15th. As for Stratford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-0 win against Maud on the 13th.
