Basketball Recap: Phoenixville Comes Up Short

Phoenixville lost against Perkiomen Valley back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Phoenixville Phantoms were dealt an 82-45 defeat at the hands of the Perkiomen Valley Vikings. The Phantoms were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-24.

Perkiomen Valley's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Quinn BOETTINGER, who posted 21 points. Another player making a difference was Bella BACANI, who earned 16 points.

Phoenixville's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Perkiomen Valley, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 16-2.

Phoenixville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-45 win against Boyertown on the 28th. Perkiomen Valley has also already played their next game, an 83-40 victory against Spring-Ford on the 24th.
